Morgenlicht’s Interactive Projector Concept
We are happy to show what we have been working on the last few months – the Lichtgestalt.V01. This Interactive Projector Concept represents a significant leap in making digital interactions more tangible, simple and standardised to operate.
The Lichtgestalt.V01
The Lichtgestalt.V01 is the first step towards our vision of enhancing the physical world with technology. The Interactive Projector Concept is an all-in-one tool for engaging visual installations, controlling the projections with just your body. It features built-in projectors and sensing technology, the V01 understands the environment and uses real-time body tracking. It is a powerful tool for artists and gallerists, developers and researchers to enable rapid deployment and standardised installations.
Features and Capabilities
Interactive art installations: The Lichtgestalt.V01 transforms your space into an immersive interactive installation. The V01 captures 2D and 3D data, tracks movement, and generates real-time body skeleton data for up to four individuals. This data is processed on device for fast responsive visual content – no internet connection required. Let your dance light up the room.
Effortless Setup and Portability: Designed for visual art installations, music performances, and interactive design, the V01 is portable with one hand and quick to set up. Its standardized design allows for thorough upfront testing, minimizing on-site adjustments to ensure reliability and time efficiency.
Infinite possibilities: The Lichtgestalt.V01 offers a flexible platform for limitless artistic expression. The integrated computer allows users to run their preferred software. Its standardized setup enables quick iterations, fast prototyping and efficient showcases, making it a valuable companion for various settings, like: galleries and museums, showrooms and trade fairs, for research and content development.
A tool for artistic expression
We envision the V01 as a tool that fosters collaboration and innovation across multiple industries. Whether as a solo artist, a design studio, or a experiential marketing team, this device opens up new ways to engage audiences and explore creative possibilities.
We are excited to hear your ideas and receive your feedback as we continue to refine and expand the capabilities of Lichtgestalt. As this is just the beginning, we are constantly working on new features and enhancements, including mapping and calibration automation, generative AI tools. Morgenlicht is exploring applications for interactive art, games, augmented reality projections, body-avatar control, and industrial and marketing applications such as exhibitions and trade fairs.
